Mother Nature is starting to seem like a capricious, vindictive *****.  I mean what kind of mental defect serves up this kind of sunrise with intermittent rain showers and a cool north wind?  A wind I might note that I had to fight all the way back home.

Stupid Human Tricks

Found this wheel on the sort table this morning.  Somebody decided that a Presta valve hole wasn’t suitable.  So we’re going to widen it to accept Schrader valves.  Only they did it with brute force and what appears to be hammering.  Nothing surgical like a nice sharp drill bit.  In the process they managed to crack both the inside of the rim and wall.  Shame as it was a decent wheel.

Other than that it was an ok morning.  Bikes were fixed, parts sorted, people helped.
