Tomorrow is my first brevet attempt (doing 205 kilometers). Spent some time in the garage making sure everything is working, tightened, adjusted on the bicycle. Now it’s kitchen time to prep my ride foods. Peanut butter and honey sandwiches, dried fruit, energy bars, electrolyte tablets. Need to clean the water bottles.
Already printed the cue card and did a map recon.
Later today is carbo load meal. I’m thinking italian. Lots of complex carbs and fat.
