It’s just an idea. It’s the idea that cars and bikes are both valid modes of transportation that deserve their own space on the road. It’s the idea that cyclists and drivers each have the right and the responsibility to be safe.  It’s the idea that you don’t have to choose sides, but you do have to choose a lane.
